How quickly will my item ship? We send orders from our shop within three days of your purchase date UNLESS otherwise stated on our website (such as pre-orders, weather delays or other reasons for general shipping delays).
You said, "our shop" above, do you have a storefront location? Not yet, but one day!
How do I mail an item back? Please check our return policy page for the process on shipping items back to our shop. Please note, we do not cover costs associated with return shipping.
Noooo the item I loved is out of stock! How often are items restocked? Girl, we feel you. We restock popular items as quickly as we can, when possible. Restocks will be announced via our Instagram page, @shopmiamarie.
Do you have gift cards? Unfortunately, we don't quite yet.
There's a problem with my item, what should I do? We want you to LOVE your purchase; while we check every item in our shop to ensure no issues are present, we are only human and may miss something. Should you receive a damaged item, please contact our team via email at email@example.com as soon as possible, including a description of your damaged item and a photo. Please include your name and order number in your email, and include "Damaged Item" in your subject line.
Help! My package never arrived! Please contact your local post office first. Should your order not be delivered within three days of estimated delivery, please email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "Missing Package," including your name and order number in your email and we will do our best to help locate your items.
Can I cancel my order? Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any orders once they are submitted. Should your order have been submitted by error, please contact our team at email@example.com with the subject line "Cancel Order" explaining the error. Please include your name and order number in your email. We cannot ensure your order will be cancelled, however we will do our best to accommodate when deemed appropriate.
Do you have an influencer or brand advocate program? If you are interested in becoming a brand advocate for MMB please email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org, explaining why you love our brand and why you'd like to collaborate with our shop. Please include your social media handles in your initial email.
